SIT interview:

Julie Ann Thompson

Stephen:

Hi Jules, thanks for taking the time to talk to me tonight

Jules:

Hey ... no problem. I'm happy to

Stephen:

thank you. Now to begin, what do you feel about the portrayal of your character within the SIT universe?

Jules says:

Oh wow ... ya know, at first it was just this kind of goofy thing to see yourself in a script as this character. But the more in depth the stories went, I think in places my attitude is really captured. Ya know, I'm proud to be apart of it.

Stephen:

any defining moments that you have for your character? or any thing that your not comfortable with?

Jules says:

Um ... my character I think kind of stays in the background. She's a little quieter and more stoic than I am, but what she does say is concise and to the point. It was really fun to kill the devil. I thought that was great. And hey .... dating Oz doesn't suck.

Stephen:

lol. And your departure into WIT, SIT's own spin off written by Marco Jorgensen, what were your feelings there?

Jules says:

At first I was disappointed that the group had to split up ... because it's such a great group! But you know, if the situation were real, I'd have been there for Marc as well and I think that's the most important thing about it. It's a different focus, so it's strange to switch gears and watch these new situations ... because it's more Wiccan driven, a little darker ... well, a LOT darker.

Jules says:

But I like that. It's just a different depth.

Stephen:

as you know both SIT & WIT are due to have a spectacular ending this season. What are your thoughts on that?

Jules says:

Ha! I'm excited. We've gone through so much, I think, in these past seasons. I can't imagine what they've got up their sleeves that can top all the rest of these things that we've done. I haven't heard anything yet ... so I'm just as in the dark as the rest of the world. I'm excited to see what unfolds.

Stephen:

Ok. Moving onto characters.. the Baddies of the SIT universe. Who are your favroutes and why?

Jules says:

Oh ... wow. Let me think. I liked Ruby ... in the same respect that Buffy fans liked Spike so much I think ... because you know there's different sides to her. You see the inner turmoil. The same with Dark Marc in a way ... it seemed like such a kick in the stomach when suddenly this wonderful person was dark and twisted. There was impact there.

Stephen:

And the fact that they both killed and manipulated people

Jules says:

Right. Exactly. The manipulation of it all ... wonderful. Edge of your seat things there!

Stephen:

moving on again. The timeline, although slightly different to that of the Buffyverse, is very similar. However the future is still an unknown. What would you like to see your character doing in season 3?

Jules says:

Oh ... hmm. I'd really like to see more character development there. I don't even really know what my character's background is in the story and grander scheme of things. I mean, she's based on me, so of course there's kindredness there. But I'd like to find out where she's from and what she's all about. I mean, it's been three years since this thing started ... I was 17. I'm almost 20 now and

Jules says:

personally I've gone through so much growth. I'd like to see some in her as well. Maybe you know ... step up and take some responsibility. I don't know. I trust the writers. I think whatever they have planned will be wonderful.

Stephen:

thank you

Jules says:

You are so very welcome

Stephen:

There's been some rumours of a SIT film. You yourself have read the rough draft of it. What are your comments on it?

Jules says:

Oh it's great. Absolutely. It starts at the beginning and you get to see these girls' reactions to carrying the world on their shoulders. It's witty and funny ... there's turns. It's fun. I had a great time reading it. You really get to see the base of their friendships. Jules and Tim, which we're personally great friends. .... Marc and Paul ... Jenna ... you know, finding themselves. It was great

Jules says:

As a filmmaker ... I loved the story.

Stephen:

Thank you. well time will tell if the Film ever gets made. I would like to see it become a reality. But as with all things all we can do is wait and see.

Jules says:

Of course.

Stephen:

Thank you Jules for your time here tonight.

Jules says:

Thank you ... it was fun.

Stephen:

Do you have any last comments for the fans?

Jules says:

Just ... stick with us. I think we can only go up from here ... we can only get better. Expect great things.

Stephen:

Thank you once again

Stephen:

Irene Beimers (On Hope)

SIT Interview:

Stephen says:

Hi Irene, thanks for taking the time to talk to us about the character Hope

Irene says:

Your welcome Stephen. It’s always a pleasure to speak with you.

Stephen says:

Hope is of your own creation, so, can you tell us a little bit of how she came about? What inspired you to create her in the first place?

Irene says:

I think my first inspiration came from the Buffy series and the movie Blade. I enjoyed role playing with others but none of the characters seemed to suit me. Also I felt the show needed something different and came up, at first, with a character alot like Blade, only female. I tried her out in the Buffy chat room and finding out that Hope was a bit to much like Blade to be original enough. After speaking with Stephen about the Master and how little we knew of his past, I came up with a small piece of it. Namely his children. Twins Thomas and Hope. They are called Daywalkers because they are born of the union between a Slayer and the Master himself. Unique in every sense, one has the soul and spirit of the Slayer, while the other is the evil incarnate. Little by little I'm still working on perfecting her and am enjoying writing my own series.

Stephen says:

Thank you, moving on from there, How has Hope appearing in both SIT and WIT affected you as her creator?

Irene says:

I was over joyed when both Stephen and Marc wished to use Hope in their series. It's every writers dream that their creation goes beyond what you've made them. And I think it’s quite the honour to appear in both.

Stephen says:

How did they approach you about using Hope, and what was you initial reaction to her first scenes?

Irene says:

Stephen was eager to use Hope in SIT, tho I know alot of people felt she didn't belong there. Marc just asked and I said okay, tho I do like to proof read so I know that she stays the way she's supposed to be. In Hope's first scenes I did have to smile cus I just didn't picture her as a character from the movie Grease but it has worked out very well and I'm pleased.

Stephen says:

Hope has a few scenes in the first few episodes of Season 2, but then we have the story 48 hours, which delves quite deeply in to Hope's past. What did you think of this idea and although the story is not yet finished, what do you see happening to Hope because of the events in that story?

Irene says:

I think that the idea of the story behind 48 Hours is awesome. Stephen and I discussed what might be happening and it does show a side to Hope that no one has yet seen. I think Hope will be dropping her guard a bit around the Watchers and Slayers, she'll be confiding more in them about her past and why she is the way she is. I think that it is possible that Hope and Stephen fall in love, as he seems to be the one she confides in more than anyone else.

Stephen says:

Even tho he isn't in the actual episode?

Irene says:

Exactly. In the episode Leon, we see Hope in Stephen's room as she tells him abit more about herself. Not yet willing to tell them too much as Hope is afraid that if she reveals all they will turn against her. She doesn't tell Giles even tho he is the one researching her.

Stephen says:

Turning to another character briefly. Marc has created in WIT a character known as Flamma, who has a past with Hope, can you tell us a little about that?

Irene...an angel with horns zegt:

I can't reveal too much as that episode hasn't been released yet. All I can say is that Flamma has done something horrible that Hope was blamed for. If and when Hope can exact her revenge I don't know. All I know is that it will be a fight of a lifetime.

Stephen says:

I see. Where do you see Hope going the rest of this season?

Irene says:

A very tough question. I'm hoping that Stephen makes her reveal more about her past so that he finally understands what Hope is. Something about her may shock them, as it's unexpected. I'm hoping that Hope becomes a fixture in the series and one that people can relate too. Hope has been thru a lot in her lifetime and once the truth comes out, I wonder what will happen to her. I hope Stephen keeps her in the series as I'm enjoying it immensely.

Stephen says:

I'm sure he will. Next question. As you know there is a big shock planned for the end of season 2. How do you think it will compare with the end of season 1? In the eyes of the readers that is.

Irene says:

I think that Stephen has a major shock planned that will have everyone begging for more. As Stephen and I have been working things out, I say that it's far better than I had dreamed possible. I think it’s even better than the ending of season 1. I love the whole concept because it smoothly flows together as a whole. Not easy to do, but Stephen makes it look easy.

Stephen says:

Thank you. Moving on to the final couple of questions. Characters, what evil characters within the SIT/WIT universe do you find to be the ones you like the best?

Irene says:

I love Dark Marc, tho I think everyone does. He just has something about him. I also love the Mother Superior, evil, old and insane. In SIT season 1 you had the Devil as the big bad and that was absolutely awesome. I think the Darkling is something not to be overlooked either. I loved Marc's Flamma because she is the perfect villain, hot tempered and so evil. Just love it.

Stephen says:

Thank you Irene for you time here tonight. Do you have any last comments for the fans?

Irene says:

That I'm working hard to bring out another Hope episode as soon as I can. I thank them for their support and idea's they sent me thru out the last year. I hope they enjoy reading the episodes and I enjoy making them. I think that within the WIT/SIT universe great things are going to happen. And if the SIT movie does ever come out that they have to buy tickets. Hehe.

Stephen says:

Thank you again Irene.

Irene says:

Your welcome Stephen and thank you for having me.

Kelly Davis

Stephen:

Thanks for taking the time to talk to me tonight Kelly

Kelly:

No problem. I feel honoured to be interviewed.

Stephen:

So.. first question. How do you feel your Role in SIT has evolved over the past seasons? and are you happy with the way your character is going?

Kelly:

Well, when SIT was first started my character was just this stuck up punk with no respect for anyone. She didn't even really like her watcher. But, I think that she has evolved alittle. She has a softer side that she shows now. I think after the episode with the haunted house, she snapped to reality and was like "I need to change." That experience I think helped her become a better person. And I..

Kelly:

do like where she is going.. I hope.

Stephen:

Of your best and worst moments in SIT what are they and why?

Kelly:

Best...Probably kissing Spike because I think that's every female Buffy fans dream. I know it's one of mine. And I think worst would be the house yet again. But there are bigger things coming so that can easily change.

Stephen:

Who are your favroute characters to interact with in the SIT universe... who do you feel your character has bonded with the most out of the other Slayers?

Kelly:

I think her watcher, Giles. She works with him to improve and she talks to him. I don't think her and a few of the main Buffy characters get along, especially her and Buffy. After witnessing the kiss I think Buffy hates her. But I think she has bonded mostly with Giles because he plays her father figure. And that's weird cause he was Buffy's watcher.

Stephen:

Moving on to Season 3. Where would you like to see your character in season 3?

Kelly:

I'd like to see her interacting alot more with the other SIT's and with her watcher. Maybe possibly other guys considering she's not great around guys. Also, I'd like to see her evolve into a much better person. Maybe not be so angry.

Stephen:

The baddies. Who are the best bad guys in your view and why?

Kelly:

Dark Marc. Marc as a character is an amazing person. He brings so much life to people and then to see him go evil is just something you don't expect. It's show you that people can go evil at any given time. And the fact that he left due to it proves how bad you can get. He is indeed, my fave baddie.

Stephen:

Everyone seems to quote Dark Marc. Even tho he's died several times but has come back.

Kelly:

He's just an amazing character. A strong one to. And to see him go evil...it does make a point of "Even if you're strong, it's still hard to control you're dark side." I didn't expect it, but it happened.

Stephen:

You've herd rumours that season 2 of SIT and season 1 of WIT are gonna go out with a bang. Any thoughts?

Kelly:

I hope it's good. I love reading these fictions. And I would love to see something just breath taking. Or something you don't expect. It just makes it worth reading.

Stephen:

Well I know that only myself and Marc truely know what's gonna happen this year.. and actually well into next. Next year however will be the Last season of SIT. How do you feel about this?

Kelly:

Awww. Jeez. That sucks. I love this fic. It's an awesome thing to read. It's so full of life. And that fact that you know the people in it makes it ten times better. That's sad that it's ending.

Stephen:

Unfortunately as with all good things

Kelly:

Yeah. That's true. Not everything lasts forever. And sometimes that just makes it good. You get to wonder about what could have happened.

Stephen:

well even tho its the last season, who knows.. maybe afterwards I'll write a movie

Kelly:

That would be awesome.

Stephen:

well thank you for your time tonight Kelly. Any last words for the fans?

Kelly:

Hmmm. Don't ever give up on your dreams. They'll come true eventually.

Stephen:

thank you for your time Kelly

Kelly:

No problem.

Jenna Louise Gilmore

SIT interview

Jenna Louise Gilmore

Stephen:

Hi Jenna, thanks for taking the time to talk to me tonight

Jenna:

Your welcome...i had no other plans.

Stephen:

Your character appeared way back in season 1. How do you feel she has developed since then?

Jenna:

Well, I feel that she has developed in her rapport with the people around her. In the first couple of episodes she was extremely quiet and she seemed to prefer to skulk in the background rather than be centre of attention. Since then i feel that she has opened up a little bit more but i would love to see her expressing more emotion once in a while.

Stephen:

If there was one thing you could change about the Character, what would it be?

Jenna:

I'd love her to be louder...or more sarcastic as in that sense she isn't like me at her. I want her to open up to the group and become more involved with what’s happening around her...also i kinda want her to have something she can focus her energy on...like a guy...well i suppose that's just one option really.

Jenna:

Otherwise I quite like her...she's very nice and sweet to people...I wish she would get mad once in a while.

Stephen:

Moving on, what are the most memorable moments for your character?

Jenna:

Ooh...well one that sticks out in my mind is where she went over to Los Angeles to visit Angel Investigations. Although that was also quite a sad moment for her as her watcher was murdered but I also think that added to the strength of her character a little bit. Obviously fighting the devil is a memorable moment too but to have her meeting Angel and the gang was brilliant.

Stephen:

And of course you meet them several more times too.

Jenna:

Yes I do.

Stephen:

The SIT universe has quite a lot of adversaries for us to fight, of all those we have encountered, who is you favroute and why?

Jenna:

I know that this is a very popular answer but it's got to be Dark Marc, probably because his good character was so deeply routed in the story already and suddenly you had to come to terms that there was a dark side to him which was just a complete opposite to his good side. It added a shock factor and it changed the lives of all the characters in the story so that’s why I think he's my favourite.

Stephen:

as you may have heard, things in season 2 are about to get a lot darker for the SIT's, and the Final episode promises to go out with a bang. How does this make you feel?

Jenna:

It makes me feel excited, i think they need a challenge and I'm really looking forward to finding out how they cope with it...I hope it causes friction because I'd really love it if some of their dark sides were drawn out just a little.

Stephen:

On to the final couple of questions, as you know season 3 of SIT will be the last, how does this make you feel?

Jenna:

I'm kind of split in two on my feelings on that issue. On one side I'm really sad as we're dealing with a group of friends who are like family to each other and of course it'll be sad to break that up but on the other side I'm looking forward to seeing how it finally ends, will they stay together in the end or will the unit be broken up? It'll be interesting to find out.

Stephen:

Only time will tell

Jenna:

That it will.

Stephen:

Thank you for your time here tonight Jenna, do you have any last comments for the fans?

Jenna:

Well, basically that I hope they've enjoyed the challenges the characters have had to face so far and that they'll stick with us to the end as they won't be disappointed.

Stephen:

Thanks for you time Jenna

Jenna:

Always a pleasure.

Marco Jorgensen

SIT Interview

Marco Jorgensen

Stephen says:

Thanks for being here to talk to me tonight Marc.

Marc:

It's a pleasure Stephen

Stephen says:

You've been in SIT since season 1, and have lately branched off into WIT, what was the idea behind WIT? How did it come about?

Marc:

Well as we see it so many times these days, the most popular tv-shows has these so called "spin- offs" I have been a very hardcore fan of the SIT story and idea since the very first episode came out. And as for WIT well, I have always wanted to try write a story. And the fact that i got the honour to write the spin-off to sit is just.. Well yeah a big personal achievement. Its a big challenge to carry on the lives of the SIT’s and trying to develop some of my own ideas to their lives. So yeah... A huge challenge I’m glad I got

Stephen says:

Unlike SIT, WIT has many original characters such as Kristy and Barney. Do any of the people in your life have any bearings on these characters?

Marc:

Hmmm, well I do take some of the stuff in my personal surroundings into my fictions. But for Barney and Kristy were just figments of my imagination. Well... Simone Maia helped me make Barney to be honest.. She said that the whole big bad has been seen a lot... And a change would be good, and I agreed so yeah... But basically my own life has a big influence on my writings. Its my way to open up for my emotions... Figments as well as real ones

Stephen says:

Moving back into SIT, are you surprised that Dark Marc is such a loved Villain?

Marc:

Heh... I don’t know really... I mean Dark Marc is the perfect image of what lies in almost every human being... the difference is he isn’t just the little voice in your head that tells you to knock the old lady down the stairs because she cut in line... He is original and pure evil... I can relate to him in some ways because he is just doing what he wants... not thinking about the consequences... there’s no "what ifs" there

Stephen says:

Speaking of Villains, who is your personal Favroute Villain? and why?

Marc:

Hmm.... I will have to say Ruby. Ruby is Stephens lost slayer Faye. She is manipulative, hardcore evil and ... well yeah she is just the bitch you love to hate... No SIT universe without Ruby’s presence

Stephen says:

Moving on.. a lot has happened in SIT recently, with Season 2 to soon reach the final battle. But looking back, what is your favroute episode and why?

Marc:

Hmm that’s a tough question really.... But i would have to say 48 hours... It is simply brilliant. It is very different from the rest of the SIT & WIT stories which is why I love it. The emotional level is at the highest... And to see Stephen to enter the real world of pure emotions... No words cant describe it... I loved it!

Stephen says:

also the fact he wasn’t even in the episode which was another first. But moving to the future, as you know Season 2 of SIT and season 1 of WIT are set to go out with a bang. What are your thoughts on this?

Marc:

Oh boy, are people in for some surprises! If you thought you had seen everything.... your not even close. All I’m gonna say is it'll be surprising and intense

Stephen says:

Where would you like to see the character of Marc go next season?

Marc:

Well, Marc as a character is making me a bit dizzy in the head... It would be easy if it was myself to write, but he’s not me... In next season Marc will be more in the background, trying to focus on the loss of Paul and to put his efforts into the real watcher methods like books and less magic's... And i can reveal that Marc will almost not be using Magic's in next season

Stephen says:

On to the final couple of questions, As you know next season will be the Final season of SIT how do you feel about this?

Marc:

Well yeah I'll be sad to see it go, it has been an extremely good entertainment and a sort of lifestyle. But I'm gonna miss it... But maybe Stephen changes his mind and decides to make some bigger stand alone stories ? Hehe you never know

Stephen says:

thank you for your time here tonight Marc. Do you have any last words for the fans?

Marc:

It was a pleasure to be here Stephen. Well for the fans I hope you will all keep your interest in the SIT as well as the WIT universe... Maybe bigger things are coming its way ?

Stephen says:

Thanks for your time

Marc:

anytime *smiles*
